Rule ``array_syntax``

PHP arrays should be declared using the configured syntax.

Configuration
-------------

``syntax``
~~~~~~~~~~

Whether to use the ``long`` or ``short`` array syntax.

Allowed values: ``'long'``, ``'short'``

Default value: ``'long'``
